Query on cn=orcladmin user password change

We need to change cn=orcladmin super user and realm user password in a SSO 11g env.

Env has OAM/OIM/OID 11g integration along with EBS env. Had following questions:

1) Do we need a downtime on OID, OAM and OIM for the password change?

2) Will the super user and realm user orcladmin password change break the integration between OIM/OAM/OID in any way? We have oamLDAP and oimLDAP users which belong to systemids.

3) Do we need to re-register EBS with OID after changing the super user and realm user password?
