Mobile apps is not working in Oracle EBS R12.1.3 after DB is upgraded to 19c

Hi All,

We have upgraded our database to 19c. Post that users are not able to login the Mobile apps. Before that it was working fine.

We also noticed that if the user profile table encrypted_foundation_password and encrypted_user_password at fnd_user are set as EXTERNAL those users are affected .

As part of DB upgrade from 12c to 19c we have applied couple of patches and after that we are facing this issue .

Please note patch 17237501 is also included for interoperability patches .
