How to read the uploaded file through add attachment in Peoplesoft.

Hi All,

I have a requirement to upload department changes file and read the uploaded file and load the content of the file to one PS component. I have done many requirements to load file by using the add attachment.

But I need some advise to read the uploaded excel file. How can I read the uploaded file in peoplecode? The add attachment function load the file to record.

How can I read the content of that file to load data to PS tables?

Please share some thoughts on this.
