Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We are using tax rule for tax defaulting on PO / SO etc...

In general, third party registration setup is required for foreign suppliers ? Is it required if we want tax defaulting on transaction ?
