Journals are posting twice.

Journals are posting twice. Basically, a user loads a journal during the Post job and it posts fine but may not set the “Posted” flag. When the next Post runs it reposts the journal entries that aren’t flagged as “Posted”. Creates Out of Balance.

So please advise if it is something you have already come across.

This issue is happening in Peoplesoft GL
