How to Define New Liability Account only for Customer Refund Flow from AR to Ap

Hi Team,


We have the Requirement to define define New Liability Account only for Customer Refund Flow from AR to AP through SLA.

Can anyone please guide me the steps or any document that could help with clear steps .I Have found the Doc id 2304459.1 but it is not having the clear steps that where i need to pass the Account segment value for Refund flow concept for liability.
