How can we deploy the Oracle Business Event changes in upper instance for Standard Events

Hi Team,

I have manually enabled the Oracle standard business event 'oracle.apps.gl.Journals.journal.post' in Dev Instance. I tried to do the deployment of change (enable standard event) to QA instance with WfxLoad Utility, But the change is not reflecting after successful compilation.

Please let me know if am missing anything in deploying Standard Business Event.

adjava oracle.apps.fnd.wf.WFXLoad -u apps <apps_pwd> server:port:sid thin US Journals_Posting_Event.wfx
