It purged UPA table but it is not freeing up space in OIM DB

Hello

I notified that OIM database is almost fill up (more 90% used space), so I am using "OIM Data Purge Job" schedule task to purge UPA table but We noticed that is not freeing up space on OIM 12c database. Please you could share some solution.
