Apprval action via Email notifications

Hi

We were using Oracle EBS 12.1.3 system , when any tranisaction done and required action approval from user , it was notification email reach to suer email , and do his action approval via his email ,it was works smoothly .

Now after upgrade our system to 12.2.11 , this process is not working , users no more receive email notification require his approval for example : approval for purchase requisition .

Please could any one help me how I can fix this issue.Enable user receive email notification required his action via his email.
