Main differences of using Advances Collections v Collections in AR

Hello,

Client is looking to license Advance Collections. I understand that Strategies are the main difference if we were to move to Advance Collections.

Can you tell me if you can select different communication methods for different customers or apply them to different strategies?

We want to be able to send Emails to customers where an email is set up, but print and mail where an email does not exist. Can we achieve this in Advance Collections?
