Issue after java upgrade with Oracle Developer forms Runtime

After a client java upgrade, we are unable to view Oracle Developer forms Runtime we all get this error: frm-92050: java.security.accesscontrolexception: access denied "(java.net.SocketPermission" "SERVERIP:PORT""connect,resolve")

java version "1.8.0_341" it was working

java version "1.8.0_351" & java version "1.8.0_361" we get the error now.

This is related to the oracle e-business suite.

Any help would be appreciated.
