PeopleSoft PIA Heap Free Percentage is dropping to <15%

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hi,

I can see the Heap Free percentage in PIA web domain(Monitoring->Performance->Heap Free Percentage) is dropping due to web services file uploads(inbound) and some times file upload fails due to low heap size.

In PeopleSoft Webserver, we use to perform the Garbage Collector manually to resolve this issue. We already increased max heap size.

Is any one faced this issue and any leads?
