Search criteria values should not begin with "%" or "_"

Hi,

In HRMS performance management's objectives creation page, while searching the existing objectives from Objective Library, we get above issue.

In Objective Name field we should enter at least one letter before search. If we enter "%" character as first letter, then search page throws the error:

Error: Please fill in search criteria values in at least one of the following fields: Objective Name, Target Date, Measure Name. Note that the Search criteria values should not begin with "%" or "_" for at least one of the listed fields.

Please help us how to add "%" character as first word to search objectives from library.
