Java for Oracle forms in ebusiness suite R12 product version: 12.1.3

hi all,

The forms run with java 7, but the security guys block / uninstall java 7.

Now we are trying to run forms with

java version "17.0.6" 2023-01-17 LTS

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 17.0.6+9-LTS-190)

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 17.0.6+9-LTS-190, mixed mode, sharing)

  1. Can we run forms with this version?
  2. If yes, how can we make this?
  3. If no, Which version is compatible?
  4. we have windows 11, previously running forms using Edge with internet explorer mode.
