How to Untick the View All records in Setting up Security Profile for a New Fcode-Operating Unit?

Hello Oracle Support Team,

Would appreciate if you can help us with the challenge we are facing in the setting up a Security Profile for a country.

We don't understand why the Field: View All Records is ticked. We needed to add 4 Operating Units in the country we are setting up but everything is greyed out.

Please help.
