Approvals Management Business Analyst responsibility Menu is not visible

Hi there!

We are on R12.2.7 of e-Business Suite. Patch Level: R12.AME.C.16

User is assigned Approvals Management Business Analyst responsibility. However when choose the responsibilty is not able to see Menu (Business Analyst Dashboard). It is blank as shown in screen shot.

Checked Roles, Security, Grants thru User Management responsibility and all look fine!

I would highly appreciate any advise/suggestions.
