Is there a way to enable match delay at the origin level?

Is there a way to enable match delay at the origin level - for example ONL Origin? I tried to enable using the Voucher Origin setup but it is not working.

Menu -> SetUp Financials/Supply Chain -> Product Related -> Procurement Options -> Vouchers -> Voucher Origin -> Vouchering Options 1

We are at 9.2 PTools 8.59 and PUM 41.
