Creating an Algorithm Keyset using the Certificate Store option for the aes_ks256_cbc_encrypt

Hi, I am trying to create an Algorithm Keyset using the Certificate Store option for the aes_ks256_cbc_encrypt algorithm. Has anyone had any luck getting this to work? It would be a great help if you could share the steps involved with this.
