How can I search tags for a topic I want?

Being a bear with a simple mind, it sure would be nice to have a big magnifying glass on the categories page which would allow me to search and find the appropriate group to post a question to.

For example right now I would like to find information on the differences between SQLDeveloper and Visual Studio developer tools. But I have no idea where to post the message.

As person who works in multiple technologies on a daily basis, I do not have the time nor inclination to become an expert on MOSC.
