Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Receive msg :

Positive Payment Pay Cycle could not be assigned. All Positive Payment Pay Cycles already in use. (7250,135) An unused Pay Cycle could not be found.

While trying to create positive pay file off an express payment.

Followed Customer Connection Solution 466242, but still continue receive message.

Any thoughts or ideas much appreciated.
