Emial action notifications

Hi

We are facing an issue that we can not receive emial action notifications (Example :action of approve or reject purchase requisition )after system upgraded Oracle EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10.

Before upgrade the action was could be done through email ,receive email notification for action through email

Please advise what action should be done in order to be able to receive email action notifications .


I will be grateful if anyone can help me ASAP.
