How do we add Operating Unit in MO Security Profile?

Dear Oracle Support Team,

We would like to know how do we setup adding Operating Units / Legal Entities in MO Security Profile. We needed to Run the Collector Mass Update and the error popping out is "You don't have access privilege to any Operating Unit. Please check if your profile options MO:Security Profile include any operating unit or Profile options MO_Operating Unit is set had been detected in MO_Global INT."
