QAS_EXECUTEQRY_REST_GET 3rd party encoding commas causing errors

Hi,

We are Tools 8.59.13 and using a 3rd party software to gateway our APIs and it is encoding the commas separating multiple binds and values in the URL. Is there anyway to change this or un-encode it?
