Page and Field Configurator - Disable Field in Level 1 Grid

I have setup Page and Field Configurator to disable entry into a field in a Level 1 grid. When I go to view the page, the first row of the scroll IS disabled, however, from the 2nd row on everything is enabled for editing.

I've reviewed the mapping, and the Entry Level: Record is set to RowInit, the Service ID/Application Package ID is set to EOC_ROWINIT1/EOCC_COMP_CONFIG:Services:CompRecord_RowInit, and the Processing Sequence is set to Post.

Am I missing something in my setup?
