Is it possible to change default global search category to a product level. For Example:Expenses

Until PeopleTools 8.58, I was able to choose default global search category to module level (For Example: Procure to Pay or Credit to Cash etc). We upgraded recently to PeopleTools 8.60 I am unable to change default global search category other than Menu (Portal Registry).

Even After modifying default search context to module level, system is only displaying Menu as the default search category. Is it possible to change?
