How do we receive a message back when an email that is sent from Advanced Collections fails.
Hello,
I want to setup Advance Collection and start send "dunning" letters via email. Sometime our customers have wrong email address. In this situation I have email from my mail server. Remote Server returned '550 5.1.10 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipientNotFound; Recipient not found by SMTP address lookup'.
This is ok but i do not see any changes iex_xml_request_histories I still see status ='SUCCESSFUL'
I found How do we receive a message back when an email that is sent from Advanced Collections fails or goes to the wrong person? (Doc ID 1475417.1) but they did not mantion about update status to "FAILED SERVER ERROR".
