Has anyone who has implemented RTI have it all of a sudden stop working?

  1. We have setup the configuration for Recent Search and Keywork Real Time Indexing. It worked fine for a few months in all of our databases however all of a sudden it no longer is showing any additional recent pages as they are accessed on the test server. We have two databases that share the Elasticsearch test server, and the issue is occurring in both environments. Our PR server is working just fine. I have tried to replicate all the real time indexing steps again, but it did not fix the issue. Our DBA's have checked the logs on the
