Integration Broker :PeopleSoft to AMQ - JMSException. Failed to create session factory

We recently upgraded to Tools 8.58.19 in Test environment and facing a ping node connection error between PeopleSoft IB to AMQ (JMS).

Errorlog.html shows this below error:

JMSTargetConnector:GeneralFrameworkException. Failed to create session factory (Linked exception: ActiveMQNotConnectedException[errorType=NOT_CONNECTED message=AMQ219007: Cannot connect to server(s). Tried with all available servers.])


  1. Verified the Integrationgateway.properties configuration with proper Queue details and we had a required lib jar files.
  2. Firewall is open and there is a no stop from PeopleSoft server to AMQ server.
  3. PeopleSoft server is trying to connect and getting timeout in AMQ end which is captured in AMQ server logs.
