Process Scheduler Email Notifications

Hi,

I am unable to troubleshoot an issue related to process scheduler email notifications. While in some instances it has worked for a PSJOB process, I cannot get any process to send emails on success, or failure.

I have used notification tab of process definition to add either a role or a user, and check "on Success" or "On Failure", none of which send any emails. SMTP is on and working, Email notifications seem to be created since they appear in the server logs, but they do not actually get sent. I am trying to find where the disconnect is. Below is the log from one of our servers that shows that email is being generated, but I am not sure why it doesn't get sent.
