DPK command and approach to update PS_HOME from PT8.58 to PT8.60

We are planning to go for in-place OS upgrade from RH7 to RH8. So we were planning for tools upgrade parallel from PT8.58 to PT8.60. I was looking for suggestion on below points

1. DPK command that will be used for Tools upgrade? Is there any risk? Please share the command.

2. Do we need to cleanup current PS_HOME and install the new one?

3. Do we need to create separate mount for new PS_HOME? Once new PS_HOME works, we will cleanup old home.

What approach will be best here?
