Invalid Connection OIG

Hello Team.

We need your support with the next issue:

We only have a user administration for Identity Self Service Production for OIG version 12.2.1.4.0


Yesterday we log in correctly to system but today it is not possible to log in, we receive the message "Invalid Connection" (see attached image).


¿Is this message error for incorrect password or could be other problem?
