Unable to export data from oracle forms.

Export data from oracle forms was working fine and it suddenly stopped working. on clicking file-> Export a window just flashes and disappear no save option display neither file is downloaded.


RDBMS : 12.1.0.2.0

Oracle Applications : 12.2.7
