System name is same on Production and Test

I am using EBS 12.2.10 with database 19c (19.10.0.0.0) I need to enable a business event in response of completion of Receiving Transaction Processor I have concern on System field which is a required attribute in defining a subscription for business events. Both names are same on Production and Test systems. I believe it should be different on different instances. Should ask DBA to check or should I raise SR?
