Newly Configured Countries having Error in Generating SOA

Hello Oracle Experts,

May we solicit your expertise again in deciphering the error / issue we are facing in this newly configured country in Advanced Collections. The error we are facing is in the generation of SOA. Another country with operating unit is being captured when it was not configured. Some say that it may be due to the setup of Profile Options and Security Assignments.

What could be the root cause of this issue and how do we solve this issue?
