Prepaid Module - Amortization Schedule Stage Button Not Working

I am trying to stage an amortized voucher.

My open periods are GL Apr & May 2023/ AP May 2023

Scenario 1: For start/ end dates of 1/1/23 - 12/31/23 - I was able to stage as expected.

Scenario 2: For start dates of 10/1/22-9/30/23 (with same open periods as above), when I click on the stage button it starts spinning but nothing is returned.

Fiscal years matched start/end dates as they were entered.

I confirmed my summary calendar has 2022 dates in it...but why would scenario 2 not work as expected like scenario 1?

What else could be causing the 'stage' button to not render anything?
