ERROR MESSAGE: PAYMENT PLAN BATCH ASSIGNMENT (SFPSTDRV)

Hello,


I have a user trying to run the Payment Plan Batch Assignment (SFPSTDRV) cobol process. They have access to the pages and components, they populate the run control, but when they click on "OK" they get an error message.

I have not seen this message before where it was specific to the user and process. The user can run the first process Payment Plan Recalculation (SFPPLNCL) cobol, but not the Payment Plan Batch Assignment (SFPSTDRV) cobol process. Any ideas on what to check?
