EBS LB having different domain to all other servers in SSO env

Oracle EBS R12.1, Oracle OAM 11g, Oracle webgate 11g , oracle accessgate

EBS LB domain aaab.com

All other servers including apps node, db node , webgate server, accessgate server have domain name bbbb.com

When trying to login, SSO login is not working.We get "you have unsufficient privilege" Could domain name be an issue?
