Application Designer on Linux

Can we run a full Applicaiton Designer on Linux? I couldn't find any reference to App Designer on the Certification page but I thought it was in the works to be able to do this. If possible, does anybody know at what Tools release and if there are any specific Linux requirements? Or documentation I could follow?

There are Support notes about command line (for Change Assistant?) but not interested in that. Brainstorming on trying to stand up a basic Development Stack (two-tier App Designer, SQL Developer, maybe Datamover) on Linux instead of Windows
