How to create rule in AME for auto approval based on attribute

Hi Team,

We have below requirement for EAM work request approval using AME.

Please suggest

  1. If department is selected then work request should sent to approver
  2. If department and attribute 4 is selected then also work request should sent to approver
  3. If department and attribute5 is selected then work request should be auto approved.
