ODBC access to Azure SQL from Oracle on -prem using service principal

Oracle Enterprise Version 19 On prem

Hi

We are trying to establish a HS connection via Database link to Azure SQL Database using service principal authentication. Getting stuck using the MS Client secrets for user credentials due to oracle password limitations to 30 Chr. Is there a way to get around this issue? TIA
