CK Editor is moved to Version 5 from PeopleTools 8.60.04 and 8.59.16

In the old version, we had options to change font size by numbers. In the new versions, there are only 5 pre-defined font sizes(tiny, small, huge etc). Has anyone tried customising to bring back the old font sizing by numbers? I can see some options available in ck editor site, but not sure how to implement in peoplesoft.
