Archives getting splitup after getting shipped to the standby DB

Product name : oracle database 11g

Version : 11.2.0.4

We have a primary and a standby db here running 11.2.0.4 version , Currently the primary and standby are not in sync , The old archives which we restore on primary from tapes are getting shipped like this multiple times in the standby :

thread_1_seq_1025193.33849.1138385517

thread_1_seq_1025193.34014.1138385431

thread_1_seq_1025193.34264.1138384895

thread_1_seq_1025193.34468.1138384805

thread_1_seq_1025193.34630.1138384717

thread_1_seq_1025193.34783.1138390489

thread_1_seq_1025193.34944.1138390401

thread_1_seq_1025194.24879.1138390223

thread_1_seq_1025194.25052.1138390137

thread_1_seq_1025194.25225.1138390051

thread_1_seq_1025194.25405.1138389965

thread_1_seq_1025194.25567.1138389877

However the latest archives that are being generated in primary are getting shipped as usual without any splits or issues , Only the older archives are getting spilt.

Due to network reasons incr sync is not an option for us and we generally restore back the missing archives in prod from tapes and these will get auto shipped to the standny and they get applied . But now due to the splitting , The archives are not getting applied .

Howdy, Stranger!
