PO Lines Approved Header is Pending No Approvals Needed in View Approvals

Hello All,


We have criteria that if the PO is sourced from a Req then it should skip approvals. This seems to be happening for most, but some go to Pending even though the lines show Approved and the view approvals page shows No Approval Required. Sometimes I can make a change to re-trigger WF and it will change to Approved, sometimes it will stay Pending.
