Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Our payroll team has some questions regarding Secure Act 2.0.

Could you please take a look at the questions and provide the answers on how Oracle is planning to handle this and what is the roadmap:

Will Oracle be doing a look back for over $145K from the previous year or will it also look at current salary?
Could there be a “Year Begin” job at the beginning of the year based on the previous year’s look back that could put a block in element entry?
Will this only apply to current employees with prior year earnings & new hires will not be affected until the following year?
