PeopleSoft nvision is keep on giving error in Process scheduler

Hi Team,


We recently moved to PT8.58.19 with new PSNT batch server in Windows 2019.

We are facing a issue while running RPTBOOK or NVSRUN in PIA not all the time-

29424: 1686318997: PSPAL::Abort: Unrecoverable exception received

29424: 1686318997: PSPAL::Abort: Location: E:\PT858P19B_2203300501-retail\peopletools\src\pspal\exception_winunhandled.cpp:577: PSPAL::UnhandledExceptionFilter::RecoverableExceptionFilter

29424: 1686318997: PSPAL::Abort: Abort diagnostics generation is currently disabled

29424: 1686318997: PSPAL::Abort: Terminating process now.


  1. We have tried by converting the layouts as below docs and Updated the Process scheuler PSNT services domain account and DCOMCONFIG .

Followed the below documents but still we are getting this error and changed the DCOMCONFIG Microsoft Excel mode to Interactive then process going to success - but we are not sure on rootcause.
