Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We're using Drop Zones. We just upgraded to PeopleTools 8.59.17 due to the directive by Oracle.

I am getting this error where SFI_EX_RPT_1_SBF is the name of the fluid subpage in the drop zone.

CMgrImp::WriteCache : Serialization failed for PDM(SFI_EX_RPT_1_SBF/ENG)

Once it gets this error, I get kicked out of PIA. The component is not used in a Component Interface. Does anyone know how to fix this error?
