Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Hello Oracle EBS experts,

I would like to solicit your expert advise and guidance:

We understand that customers are automatically assigned to respective Collectors in an equal numbering. Some doubts arose in one of our discussion, and we want your confirmation: is there a possibility that a customer may not assigned to a collector?
What would be the impact if we decrease the option wait time from 5 to 2 days?
What is the difference between pre-wait and option wait?
