Can't access the newly created function/Menu

Hi All,

I have created a function namely Manage Assignment Set but a system admin error occurred when tried to access it.

Details:

Function: PAY_WS_ASGSET

User Function Name: Manage Assignment Set

Web HTML: OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/pay/asgSet/webui/PayAsgSetPG&OAPB=PAY_WS_PROD_BRAND


RDBMS : 12.1.0.2.0

Oracle Applications : 12.2.4
