Workflow builder: Open -> Database

Enter

user/password/connect

getting following error

1700: Could not connect with username/password 'apps/******@testdb' ('ORA-12170: TNS:Connect timeout occurred').

=======================================================

TOAD client and SQL Plus works and connects to same testdb on the same machine.

Why workflow is not able to connect. TNS_ADMIN is set in the env variables.
