Oracle weblogic 12c

When installing Oracle Access Management in same Oracle home where Fusion Middleware/Weblogic/Oracle Forms are installed, the installation is failing with the following errors of .POM files (may other errors):

Aggregate POM for Component oracle.com.google.zxing.core 3.3.0.0.0 couldn't be generated.
